Minor Seminary
The Eucharistic missionary vocation we have received is a gift of God to experience the intimacy of the Eucharistic Lord
(John 13, 25) and to proclaim and bear witness to what we have heard, seen and touched (1 John 1, 1). Esteem for our consecration,
and apostolic zeal impel us to be his instrument in nurturing and promoting the vocations of those whom God has called. Following
the example of our Lord who spent the whole night in prayer before choosing his apostles, we shall prayerfully listen to the voice
of God to know whom He has chosen, “for the Lord sees not as man sees… the Lord look on the hearts”.
In this prayerful discernment we shall consider whether the candidate has the right intention, shows genuine signs of vocation to
religious life and is endowed with spiritual, moral, physical and intellectual fitness.In this view our province decided to have
a minor seminary in the Northern Kerala.
